Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is 3 p.m. for RV sites, yurts, and campgrounds.

Check-out time is 11 a.m.

Camp Hosts are located at sites #58 (South Loop) and #1 (North Loop). If you have any problems after hours, please contact the Camp Host on Duty.

Eligibility

Cliffside RV Park is open to active and retired military, reservists, authorized DoD civilians, full-time contractors and their guests by reservation.

Attention guests of ID card holders: Those who don't have on-base access will need to coordinate with the Pass & ID office to receive a 30-day pass. Foreign nationals take longer so please plan accordingly. This 30-day pass will allow guest access to their accommodation without an escort.

Advance Reservations

Advance reservations are available up to 12 months in advance for active duty military members and up to 6 months in advance for military retirees, DoD civilians, reservists, full-time contractors and other eligible patrons.

Eligible personnel may sponsor up to two (2) guest spaces for RVs, campsites and/or yurts on a space-available basis. Exceptions may be made by management for special occasions (i.e. family reunions).

Reservations & Payments

All reservations will be secured with a credit card at the time of the reservations. Paying day by day only reserves a site for a day at a time. Payment in full is required at the time of check-in for the entire reservation period.

Guests staying for seven or more consecutive nights will receive a daily discounted rate. This only applies to stays of more than seven consecutive days, but less than 30 days.

Only guests making advance reservations for a monthly stay will receive the monthly rate. Individuals making consecutive week-to-week reservations will pay the weekly rate.

Reserved sites will be held until check-out time the day following the reserved arrival time, at which time the entire reservation will be canceled. If the guest has not arrived by 11 am the day following the first date of the reservation, a one-night fee will be charged.

Reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is not received 14 days prior to the arrival date, a one-day charge will be incurred.

Stays are limited to 30 days. After a 30-day stay, one must vacate for 2 weeks prior to another stay at Cliffside.

Refunds may be given for early departures, especially in the event of medical emergencies or weather evacuation, at the discretion of the N92AB Installation Program Manager.
